My friend Mark is a good man a friend and kind of like a patron of mine. He’s asked me to photograph quite a few personal events in his and his families life. This shoot is an example of Mark calling me up and seeing if I can come over and photograph some of his people. He thought it would be a nice gift for his friend.

I had the delightful opportunity to photograph the Sykes family last weekend at Commons Park in Denver, Colorado. We met for the first time on location. Little Weston was starting to teeth, but I think we had a great time anyway. I love photographing kids, because I never know what they are going to do. I can’t and don’t try to control them. I like to document what they are wanting to do (for the most part). It’s always a mystery for my clients what we got.

The Wedding of Libby and Scott Emerson

I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph Libby and Scott’s wedding last month at The Lionsgate Gate House Event Center in Lafayette, Colorado. We were so lucky to have beautiful weather that day mid March.

Congratulations Scott and Libby. You guys are a beautiful couple. Thank you again for allowing me the opportunity to photograph your wedding day!
